  1. The store does not have a test I need. Does Eurofins offer only the tests available on the website?

In the online store you can find the most popular tests performed in the laboratories of Eurofins Polska Sp. z o.o. This is only a part of our offer. If you cannot find the test you wish to perform, please contact us directly by e-mail at wyceny@eurofins.pl. In response to your email, one of the team members prepares a price offer for the indicated test(s).

In order to streamline the entire process, please provide in the body of the email such information as:

  • Description of the product in which you want to perform the test,
  • The name of the test,
  • Company details: name, Tax Identification Number (NIP), mailing address, telephone number. 
  1. When do I receive the results of the ordered tests?

You can find the estimated order processing time for your order in the description of the individual analysis. Order processing time is calculated from the time of delivery of the sample to the laboratory and may be longer in case of required possible confirmation of the results. You receive the analytical report in electronic form to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

  1. How to fill in the boxes in the form for the test?

You find a detailed description and instruction manual in the tab at the bottom of the page “How to buy?”.

  1. What type of transportation should I choose?

The description of the various transportation options is available in the tab at the bottom of the page "How to buy?".

  1. when do you need to order Styrofoam box for transporting samples?

When samples sent for testing require storage at low temperature(refrigerated temperature). These include meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, fish and fish products, etc.

All prices visible on the website are gross prices.

  1. When to choose number and when to choose presence in microbiological tests?

This choice depends on the specifications of your product, if you have any other doubt, we recommend to make this choice according to the information contained in COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1441/2007.

  1. I wish to receive the report in English. Is it possible?

Yes, in order to get such a report, you need to go to the tab at the top of the page "Additional services" and add the service to your cart. 

  1. How to purchase twice the same test for different products?

You need to add the selected test to the cart, complete the boxes and then add the same test a second time completing the data on the second product.

 

  1. Legionella testing in water. When to choose a 100 ml test and when to choose a 1,000 ml test?

This selection should be based on the information contained in the Regulation of the Ministry of Health on the quality of water intended for human consumption, which describes the requirements for this test as follows:
