In the online store you can find the most popular tests performed in the laboratories of Eurofins Polska Sp. z o.o. This is only a part of our offer. If you cannot find the test you wish to perform, please contact us directly by e-mail at wyceny@ftcee.eurofins.com. In response to your email, one of our team members shall prepare a price offer for the indicated test(s).
In case the samples are delivered to the laboratory and the order is not paid, the samples are disposed of 4 days after delivery.

How to fill out the order correctly
Microbiological, physicochemical, storage tests
PLEASE NOTE: For physical-chemical tests with a higher weight (e.g. 250g), please provide additional 50g. When the test is performed in 250g, the minimum amount of sample for testing should be 300g (250g+50g).
Type of test - please select what kind of test you are interested in: number or presence in a given weight.
Product name - please describe the product you are planning to send for testing. This name will help us identify the sample and appears on the report.
Number of packages submitted for testing - please indicate how many packages of the product you plan to send for testing. If the objective of the test is to meet regulatory requirements, the minimum number of packaging for the test is 5.
The purpose of the test is to meet regulatory requirements - please indicate if the purpose of the test is to meet legal/regulatory requirements. Please also send/indicate the regulation/specification document on the basis of which the test is performed.
Determination of compliance with regulation - please indicate if you wish to receive information on the sample's compliance with the regulation. If so, please also indicate the regulation number in the “other comments” box.
Water analyses
PLEASE NOTE: Collection of a sample by an unauthorized person results in the inability to use the results in a regulated area.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that sampling is performed by a Eurofins sampler. However, if you intend to send self-collected samples, please provide the following information:
Type of water - water intended for human consumption / process water intended for human consumption / process water / ice / hot utility water
Location of the sampling point - provide the exact place where the sampling was performed (e.g., tap no. 3 in the locker room, well)
Time of sample collection
Sample temperature
Type of packaging - for example a sterile bottle (plastic/glass). NOTE: some tests require the use of a fixative - e.g., sodium/potassium thiosulfate
Statement of compliance with regulation - mark only if the sample is taken by a person authorized to do so
Sampling - should be marked if a sampling plan has been agreed with the health inspectorate
Samples taken in accordance with the document name/number - mark the relevant document in accordance with which the sample was taken
Smear
We recommend that Eurofins sampler collects the sample.
If you take the sample yourself, you can purchase equipment for taking the smear at our store. To do so, send an e-mail to wyceny@eurofins.pl
Description of the place where the sample was taken - the name of the device or area from where the smear was taken
Size of the area tested - the area of the place of sampling in cm2, “total area” or “unspecified”
Samples taken in accordance with the document (name/number) - identification of the reference document specifying the sampling methodology for testing.
